Traditionally waist-beads are worn along the panty panty line to accommodate slight weight fluctuations, but some may wish to wear them along their natural waist. If you will be wearing your waist beads to help you lose weight, measure on your tummy. As you loose weight, they will begin to fall.

How to Tie Your Waist Beads:

Wrap your full strand of waist beads around your waist along your panty line (or however high up you want to wear the beads). Remove any additional beads by pulling them off the string. Tie 3-4 tight knots where the beads end.
